House Rules
a) The house accommodates 12 people, this includes children over 2 years old. If there is a need for extras guests, written request is necessary, the house cannot exceed a total of 16 people, including babies and children.
b) A fee of $150.00 per day will be charged for each extra person;
c) Pleas close doors & windows every time you leave the house during your stay;
d) No smoking is allowed inside the house;
e) Avoid using glasses and glass bottles around the pool to avoid accidents.
f) It is forbidden to leave with objects or utensils from the house.
g) The house & use of the pool is the whole responsibility of the guests. Children must not be left unattended in the pool and surrounding area. It is forbidden for other people to use these spaces.
